MindShift CBT is a mobile app aimed at managing anxiety and stress using principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The app serves as a self-help resource, educating users about anxiety (different kinds and their symptoms), assisting in the identification of their thought processes, and introducing methods for managing anxiety-related symptoms. It includes features such as journals for tracking mood and thoughts, coping cards enriched with positive notes, belief experiments for altering thought patterns, along with a Chill Zone that provides guided meditations and relaxation techniques. A quick relief option provides the users with few actions that may help instantly when feeling distress. Additionally, MindShift CBT encompasses a community forum to facilitate peer support. Additional features include an option to set goals and share the progress with the family, friends, or therapists via email.
