Circles is a digital platform aimed at helping users cope with different mental health issues and life challenges via group therapy. It covers a broad spectrum of issues, including grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns involving topics such as anxiety and depression. The app features live group sessions, each group comprised of participants in similar circumstances and guided by skilled facilitators. Sessions are held weekly and last for approximately one hour. During the session individuals can share their journeys and learn about effective coping mechanisms, and personal growth. Additionally, Circles offers 24-7 chat with other group members and facilitators, as well as access to a range of self-help materials, articles, and online seminars.
