Clear Fear is a mobile app designed to help children and teenagers manage symptoms of anxiety. The app is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles, aimed at providing young people with self-help techniques they can use to reduce anxiety. It features a user-friendly interface and engaging content to keep young people motivated and committed to their self-help journey. Clear Fear’s main feature is its range of CBT-based tools that help users challenge and alter negative thought patterns.
