Mindful Attitude & Meditation– formerly known as Qi Gong Meditation Relaxation app – is a mobile-based app intended to improve users’ physical health and reduce stress through Qi gong and meditation practice. The app introduces Qi Gong as a relaxation method that combines gentle movement with breathing techniques. Qi Gong is a basic form of Tai Chi – Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits – intended to enable practicing users to experience the health benefits of Tai Chi without undergoing the years of training.

The meditation audios are based on methods from Buddhist psychology, and the developers suggest that daily Qi Gong meditation can help users to manage stress, symptoms of depression and anxiety, physical ailments and pain, and insomnia. The video links provided by the app are intended to tutor the user in Qi Gong meditation. The app also offers guided audios of various meditation and mindfulness training sessions, some with narration only, and others with narration and musical background. A special selection is available for children. Additional features include articles on meditation, relaxation, stress management, and cognitive behavioral principles.
