Mind Doc, formerly known as Moodpath, is a mental health app designed to help users monitor and improve their emotional well-being through mental state tracking, cognitive-behavioral principles, mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation. The app targets a range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, stress, and anxiety. Following an initial mental health assessment, the app offers daily questionnaires to assess user’s mental health state, providing insights and feedback based on users' responses. It tracks and analyses mood, thoughts, and feelings over time, helping users identify patterns and potential triggers in their mental health. In addition, the app offers courses and exercises related to different themes (depression, stop looping thoughts, mindfulness etc.) MindDoc basic version is available for free, with some additional features that are accessible only in the paid version.
