Mental Health Online is a web-based program for individuals with a wide range of mental health problems, such as generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, and depression. The program offers users information and resources to help them understand mental health problems and their treatment. It features an online psychological assessment (e-PASS) that provides users with feedback on the type and severity of the difficulties they may be experiencing, as well as treatment recommendations. Based on the e-PASS summary, the program recommends free self-help tools for individuals with mild symptoms and free therapist-assisted tools for individuals with moderate to severe symptoms. While some intervention tools focus on a single disorder, other tailored tools target symptoms of multiple disorders.
Summary is not provided for programs with an evaluation score below 3. The program’s content, however, was at the “good” quality range and therefore might be helpful for those seeking for an information tool.
