"Living Life to the Fullest” is a website designed to help people tackle depression, low mood, stress, and anxiety. It is based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the Five Areas approach, developed by the website's founder, aiming to teach key CBT skills in an accessible and practical way. The website offers a variety of free and paid research-based self-help resources, aimed at helping users learn how to manage their feelings and acquire skills to tackle problems in their life.

A basic online course with 8 modules on CBT skills is available for free. A paid option offers additional modules for specific situations or life phases (facing fears, sleeping well, eating habits, etc.), as well as the ability to track your progress, work with a supporter, set text or email reminders, and more. Additionally, the website provides many informational sources, such as Self-Help Leaflets, Practical Worksheet Resources for different life areas, Relaxation Resources (including mindfulness audio sessions and coloring sheets), and an e-book aimed at helping cope with negative thoughts. Furthermore, the “Support Area” is a section offering a variety of training courses and resources specially for educators interested in delivering CBT to others.
