Happify is a digital platform aimed at improving mental wellness through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and positive psychology principles. It offers users various "Tracks” - short courses developed by experts, focused on developing well being skills for specific situations, learning mindfulness and meditation principles, and reducing stress and anxiety. Each track contains few modules with information, exercises, thoughts/ mood tracking, and goal setting. The program directs the user to recommended tracks based on a questionnaire filled prior to its use. Happify also features a community hub enabling users to share progress and have mutual discussions with other users, short educational journals, interactive games/challenges to complete, and a questionnaire for discovering personal strength. The paid version allows full accesses to all content, as well as presenting the user a statistical analysis of their progress
