Moodfit is a mobile app designed to help users optimize their mental health and enhance their emotional well-being. It offers a suite of features aimed at improving mood and reducing stress, grounded in the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Moodfit key feature is its mood tracker, which allows users to record their emotional states throughout the day, eventually providing a comprehensive analysis of mood over time. Moreover, the app enables tracking various activities such as sleep habits, physical exercises, nutrition and much more, analyzing them all together and helping users to identify patterns and triggers in their mental well-being. Accompanying the mood tracker are tools for journaling thoughts and gratitude, breathing and mindfulness exercises for relaxation, CBT-based exercises to challenge and change negative thoughts, and goals/reminders setting features to help users work towards personal improvement objectives. All exercises are designed to be actionable and practical, providing users with techniques they can use in everyday situations. In addition, Mood Fit offers a community, providing either live meditation sessions or an online space for sharing mood and thoughts. Additional features include self assessment tests for depression and anxiety, and special exercises for when having low mood. Limited version of the app is available for free, with an optional subscription that allows access for full content.
