Mental Health Online is a web-based program designed for individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, and depression. The program provides users with information and resources to help them understand mental health challenges and their treatments. It includes an online psychological assessment (e-PASS) that gives users feedback on the type and severity of the difficulties they're experiencing, along with recommendations for treatment. Based on the e-PASS summary, the program suggests a free 12-week online, evidence-based treatment program. An additional free option, available to those living in Australia and older than 18, is the Therapist Assisted Program. This program offers 12 weeks of therapist support through weekly emails and up to four live sessions via video or instant chat. Additionally, the site features a series of virtual reality (VR) mindfulness practices
