Quit Tracker: Stop Smoking is a mobile app designed to assist individuals quit smoking by tracking their progress and highlighting health and financial benefits gained since quitting. It is based on the principle that visualizing achievements can enhance motivation and commitment. Quit Tracker's main feature is its detailed tracking system that records the time elapsed since the user’s last cigarette. It allows users to see not only how long they have been smoke-free, but also the number of cigarettes they haven’t smoked, and the money saved as a result. It visualizes potential future money savings and addition to life expectancy, all together aimed at providing a tangible sense of accomplishment and real-time feedback on the benefits of quitting.
