Sober Time is a mobile app designed to help individuals maintain sobriety from alcohol, drugs, or other addictive behaviors. The app is based on the principle that measuring and visualizing sober time, combined with motivational tools, can enhance a person's motivation and ability to remain sober. The primary feature of Sober Time is its sobriety clock, which tracks the days, hours, and minutes a user has been sober. This function allows users to set up multiple timers for different addictive behaviors, providing a clear visualization of their progress across various challenges. In addition, the app features a daily journal which tracks feelings and different thoughts related to user’s current situation and provides detailed statistics in order to help users identify patterns. It also features daily motivational quotes and messages to inspire and support users. Sober Time includes a community forum where users can share their experiences, seek advice, and find encouragement from others who are also on the path to recovery. Additional features include an option to track money saving and bio data (heartbeats/breathing rate), change the app’s color or language and set notifications. The app is available for free, with an optional paid subscription for removing adds, additional design features, cloud sync and more.
