Smoke Free is a web-based program intended to help users quit smoking. Based on the information users enter when they register for the program, Smoke Free creates a personalized quit plan containing advice on how to handle triggers and cravings. The program offers free text-messaging programs to encourage users, and to provide advice and tips on becoming smoke-free and generally healthier. Through Smoke Free, users can connect to several online resources, as well as local and state telephone quit lines. Additional features include psychoeducational information on topics related to smoking and quitting; information on apps that could be helpful in the users’ smoke-free journey; and downloadable quizzes and reading materials.
